Smart Meter models are very different from country to country, and the information in the report pertains to U.S. models. However, due to their electronic nature and some common manufacturers, there may be much in common.
We hope this will be helpful and facilitate investigations by electrical engineers and electricians everywhere. The U.S. fire season is here again, and as you know, officials have so far covered their eyes and ears on this issue.
